Shafurdeen Jaffar Sidek is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Manager at Biocon Sdn Bhd, where involvement includes establishing Asia’s largest integrated insulin manufacturing and R&D facility in Malaysia. Shafurdeen has extensive experience as a Senior PLC & Process Engineer at BMP Malaysia since 2017 and has been a key contributor at Celestica (M) Sdn Bhd since 2007, managing operations and supporting multiple engineering teams. Previous roles include an Assistance Engineer at Shinyei Kaisha Electronics and a Service Engineer at PAL Automation. Shafurdeen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Management) from Universiti Terbuka Malaysia and a Diploma in Mechatronics from the Industrial Technology Institute.
