Rahul Shikhare is an experienced professional in the field of fermentation and manufacturing, currently serving as Manager of Fermentation at Biocon since April 2023, utilizing NextGen PAS-X MES. Prior to this role, Rahul held various managerial and executive positions at Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt. Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., and other organizations, accumulating extensive expertise in fermentation processes, particularly in E.coli and yeast insulin production. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Microbiology from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Shivaji University, and an MBA in Operation Management from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education.
