Indranil M. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head HR Business Partner for Corporate, Quality, and Enable Functions at Biocon since April 2017. In this strategic role, Indranil oversees HR initiatives related to Quality, R&D, and Enable functions both in India and internationally. Prior to Biocon, Indranil was the Site HR Head at Fresenius Kabi from June 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included recruitment, learning and organizational development, industrial relations, and HR compliance. Indranil also served as a Human Resource Manager at Danieli India Limited from July 2008 to May 2015, focusing on recruitment and HR compliance while reporting to the Asia HR Head in China. Indranil began the career as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at Ispat Industries Ltd from 2004 to 2008, managing hiring for sites in India and global plants.
