Marc Berman currently serves as Vice President of Operations at BioAssay Works, LLC, a position held since August 2019. With extensive experience in operational leadership across various manufacturing environments, Marc previously worked as Production Manager at Phoenix Mecano North America, where strategies were developed to enhance on-time delivery and reduce production lead times. As Director of Operations at Cylex Inc., now ViracorIBT, Marc oversaw all operations for manufacturing in-vitro diagnostic kits, ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA regulations. Marc's experience also includes significant roles at KPL, managing operations and IT, and at New Horizons Diagnostics, handling production planning and inventory control. Early career experiences involved production planning and coordination at Pharmacia Diagnostics, showcasing a progression from manufacturing to management. Marc holds a degree in American Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 1988.
