Rebecca Kastell currently serves as the Deputy Head of HR at BioArctic, having previously held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Platform24. Prior to these roles, Rebecca was employed at Tobii Dynavox as the Director of New Business Integration and later as the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, where responsibilities included M&A integration, leading global HR strategies, and managing the HR separation process during an IPO. Rebecca’s extensive experience also includes roles at Tobii, Skala Tio AB, and Svenska kraftnät, focusing on leadership development, HR consulting, and strategic HR management. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, a degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, and various specialized programs at institutions such as Stanford University and Yale School of Management.
