Charlotte af Klercker has extensive work experience in corporate sustainability, industry leadership, and communications in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Charlotte is currently the Corporate Sustainability Director at BioArctic and previously served as the Head of Industry - Life Science at Business Sweden. Charlotte has also held roles such as Sustainability Task force lead at SwedenBIO, Vice Chair LIF Expert Network on Sustainable Development at The Swedish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry, and Global Director of Sustainability and External Affairs at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ). Charlotte'searlier experience includes positions at Apotek Hjärtat, Mix PR, Cederroth International AB, and NetDoctor. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated expertise in developing communication strategies, managing corporate sustainability initiatives, and leading teams in various capacities.
Charlotte af Klercker obtained a M Pharm Sc degree in Pharmaceutics from Uppsala University between 1994 and 1999. In 2002, they completed the IMA - Course for Head of Information and Marketing at the Swedish Pharmaceutical trade association. In 2003, they pursued PR and media relations studies at Berghs school of communication. In 2013, they completed a program in communication management at Berghs School of Communication. Additionally, Charlotte af Klercker obtained a certification as a Pharmacist from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare in 1999 and a certification as a Diplomerad hållbarhetsstrateg – näringsliv from Aktuell Hållbarhet Utbildning in 2020.
