Constantin Houchard is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at BIO - Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries since May 2019, Constantin previously held key positions as Head of Legal and Senior Legal Advisor at Triodos Bank from November 2007 to April 2019, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on credit proposals and managing bad loans. Prior to that, Constantin worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at WND and as Avocat at Baltus. Educational accomplishments include a Master in Environmental Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, a Master in Accounting from Ghent University, and a Licence in Law from Université catholique de Louvain.
