Stina Kayser has a long and varied work experience. Stina began their legal career in 1998 at Sherman & Howard, working as an Associate in the corporate transactional group. In 2004, they became the General Counsel and Owner of Urban Villages, Inc., a real estate development and property management company. In 2008, they joined Bio-Logical Capital as General Counsel and Managing Director. At Bio-Logical Capital, they were responsible for investing for the long term and integrating sustainable, land-based businesses with ecological restoration and conservation.

Stina Kayser attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 1998, graduating with a J.D. in Law. Prior to that, they attended Marquette University from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General.
