Karen McGlynn has been working in the field of biotechnology for several years. Karen began their career in 2016 as a Research Assistant at the University of Glasgow. In 2017, they moved to Clyde Biosciences where they worked as a Study Director. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BDD Pharma as a Clinical Project Manager.

Karen McGlynn attended the University of Glasgow from 2006 to 2017, receiving a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Sports Science in 2010, an MSc (MedSci) in Cardiovascular Sciences in 2011, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cardiovascular Science in 2017.
