Didi Sulanto's work experience includes various roles at Bio Farma Group. In 1999, they started as a General Affairs Staff at PT Bio Farma, where they worked until 2001. Didi then moved on to become the Head of General Affairs Dept. at PT Bio Farma (Persero) from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they held positions at Bio Farma - Indonesia, serving as the Head of Internal Auditor Dept. and later as the Head of General Affairs Dept. In 2015, they became the Senior Expert of Human Resource Directorate until 2017. From 2017 to the present, Didi Sulanto has been the Head of Manajement Project Division at Bio Farma - Indonesia. In 2023, they will assume the role of VP Manajemen Risiko at Bio Farma Group.

Didi Sulanto received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Business Law from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 1995. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universitas Padjadjaran, which they completed in 2004.
