Dr. Nisha Tripathi is an advisor at Bio Craft Innovation, a position they have held since December 2012.
Previously, they worked as a consultant for Graveen Vikas Evam Paryavaran jagran Samiti, Dehrdun from July 2011 to December 2011, where they were responsible for research and development. This included plant sample collection from different sites of Uttarakhand, isolation of plant extracts through sequential extraction, column chromatography, and purification of isolated compounds through TLC, Co-TLC, M.P., Mixed M.P., and characterization of compounds with different spectroscopic techniques like UV-VIS, FTIR, HPLC, GC, NMR and LCMS.
From December 2008 to December 2012, Dr. Tripathi was a PhD student at MKPPG College and the Forest Research Institute. Her research focused on phytochemistry, including sample collection, sequential extraction, column chromatography, TLC, and characterization. Nisha also prepared Leaf Protein Concentrates (LPC) and conducted nutritional evaluations.
From November 2006 to November 2008, Dr. Tripathi served as the Principal Investigator for the Uttarakhand Bamboo and Fiber Developmet Board.
Prior to that, they were a Project Associate at the Forest Research Institute from January 2005 to August 2006.
Nisha Tripathi has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Chemistry from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Biodiversity Conservation from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, a Post graduation in Organic Chemistry from Saints Andrews College, and a Graduation in chemistry botany from Lucknow university.
