Annika Tycer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as VP People and Head of Learning & Development at Binti. Previously, Annika worked at McKinsey & Company in various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Talent Management and Engagement Manager, as well as heading the McKinsey Talent Network. Annika also held the position of Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and was a Partner at Tycer Restaurants Group. Annika holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
