Urmila Karande is a Geotechnical Engineer at Binnies, responsible for the design and preparation of documentation for ground investigations, site supervision, data interpretation, and engineering solutions for earthworks and foundations. Prior to this role, Urmila served as a Marketing Manager at Inovaantage, where marketing and HR duties were managed, and held positions in administrative support and field staff, gaining experience in data management and stock coordination. Urmila has a strong academic background with a Research Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Master's degree in Geology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a solid foundation in scientific research and environmental modeling.
