Joscelyne Shaw is an experienced professional in sustainability and mental health management with a notable career spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager and Technical Director at Binnies since November 2020, Joscelyne facilitates engagement and communications strategies for flood and coastal management projects. Previous experience includes positions at Deloitte and KBMEC Limited, as well as key roles with Mates in Mind, where Joscelyne held the position of Director of Strategy and Executive Director, focusing on mental health challenges in the workplace, particularly in the construction industry. Earlier, Joscelyne contributed to the British Safety Council as HR, Awards & Events Director and held various positions related to communications and policy. Joscelyne's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Policy from the University of Lund and a BA (Hons) in Environmental and Geographical Science from the University of Cape Town.
