Poppy D'Souza started their work experience in 2020 at SDLC Infotech Pvt Ltd. where they worked as a Business Analyst. Poppy later transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager. In 2021, they joined Binmile Technologies as a Business Development Manager.

Poppy D'Souza attended Galgotias University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Delhi College of Engineering from 2017 to 2019, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
