Mahmoud Kamal currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Binghatti Holding since September 2017. Prior to this role, Mahmoud worked as a Human Resources Manager at MAM Foodco LLC from March 2014 to September 2017, and held various positions in human resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Supervisor from October 2009 to March 2014, as well as a Human Resources Officer at Club Med from August 2008 to September 2009. Mahmoud's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from The British University in Dubai completed in December 2021, a Master of Laws (LLM) in British and Commonwealth Law from Cardiff Metropolitan University obtained from 2015 to 2017, an MBA in Human Resources from Torrens University Australia, which was completed from January 2013 to March 2014, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from South Valley University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
