Rejesh Panicker is an experienced Service Manager with a demonstrated history of managing service operations across various companies in the electronics and electrical appliances sector. Currently at Binatone since August 2014, Rejesh oversees service management at a national level, focusing on product service timeliness, customer satisfaction, spare parts flow, revenue generation from spare parts sales, and quality reporting. Previous roles include Service In Charge for Havells India Ltd, overseeing South Kerala for multiple brands, and Area Service In Charge at Bajaj Electricals. Beginning as a Service Executive at Philips and Videocon Consumer Durables, Rejesh has developed a robust foundation in service management. Rejesh holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Poonjar.
