Tamila Karpa (Polishchuk) is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and customer implementation. Currently serving as an Associate Delivery Manager at Binariks Inc. since February 2023, Tamila previously held the position of Head of Customer Implementation Department at Emex Software from October 2019 to January 2023, focusing on full project lifecycle involvement, team leadership, and quality assurance. Prior roles include Scrum Master and QA Lead at Symphony Solutions, where Tamila facilitated Scrum practices and coordinated QA processes, as well as a Logistics Consultant at Logivations, contributing to testing and project documentation. Tamila's early career included leading a digital content team at Edvantis Software, managing significant projects for the US market. Tamila holds a Master's degree in International Economic Analysis and Finance/Translation from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
