Solomiia O. has been working in the field of project management since 2016, when they began their role as a Project Manager at MHP SE. During their time there, they also served as a Public Relations and Press Specialist. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at Binariks Inc.

Solomiia O. has a Master's degree from Lviv Polytechnic National University, obtained in 2014. In 2017, they completed a training for business in public performance. In 2019, they completed the Executive Development Program "Project Management" at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, the Program "Soft skill marathon" at UCU Business School (LvBS), and a Corporate Social Responsibility training at the Center "Development of Corporate Social Responsibility". In 2021, they completed the Online Ukrainian School of Project Management by Denys Prylutskyi. In September 2022, they are scheduled to obtain a Professional Scrum Masterā„¢ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
