Amrit Kumar is the co-founder of Zilliqa Capital. Previously, he co-founded and served as the President and Chief Science Officer of Zilliqa Research. Zilliqa research was spun out of the University of Singapore with the creation of an extraordinarily secure and scalable distributed ledger technology layer 1 protocol. As such, it was the first blockchain to solve energy efficiency and scalability issues through their pioneering use of an approach known as “sharding”.
