Ethem Oral is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Binance since December 2022, responsible for managing country-level HR topics. Prior roles include HRBP Group Coordinator, Group Manager, and Organizational Development Group Manager at SOCAR Türkiye from July 2019 to December 2022. Prior to SOCAR, Ethem was the Organizational Development Manager at DeFacto, where strategic development and workforce planning were key responsibilities. Earlier career highlights include being the Organizational Development Account Manager at Turkcell, a Process Management Specialist at Inteltek, and various roles at Sony focused on global HR project management and process consulting. Ethem started the career at PwC as an Associate II, specializing in indirect taxes and foreign trade operations. Educational achievements include two MBA degrees from CIMBA and The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Kansas.
