Marlene Chandra has extensive experience in the information technology and education sectors. Since November 2015, Marlene has served as the Head of Software Solution and Human Resources Development Officer at Bina Nusantara IT Division, focusing on recruiting college students for part-time positions, human resources maintenance, and training initiatives. Prior to this role, from September 2013 to July 2015, Marlene worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Management Laboratory, Binus University, where responsibilities included teaching and guiding students in various subjects related to computer applications and quantitative analysis. Marlene holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information System Strategic Management from BINUS University (2022-2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Information System specializing in Business/Managerial Economics from BINUS University (2010-2015).
