Junior Castillo serves as the Festival Director at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) since January 2000, having previously held the role of Manager for North American Celebration Development. Prior to joining BGEA, Junior Castillo worked at Xcel Energy as a Materials Coordinator from November 1978 to December 1999. Junior Castillo completed education at Amarillo College from 1972 to 1978.
