Christian Munguía is an experienced operations specialist currently employed at Billpocket since January 2022, where responsibilities include the development of policies, manuals, and flowcharts for processes and procedures. Prior to this role, Christian worked as an advisor for small and medium enterprises at BanBajío, providing credit analysis to support working capital needs. Previous positions include cost analyst at Busmen, financial and insurance advisor at Seguros Monterrey New York Life, and quality manager at ESGADI STORAGE Y LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS, where Christian implemented the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. A graduate of Universidad de Guadalajara, Christian holds a degree in Financial Administration and Systems, awarded between 2015 and 2018.
