Lisa B Mullen, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Pension and Benefits at Billerud since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading the strategic direction and management of benefit programs. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits at FirstGroup America and Senior Manager of Benefits at Patheon Pharmaceuticals, overseeing benefit programs across Canada, the US, and Puerto Rico. Earlier in their career, Lisa held the position of Benefits Manager at American Showa from 1996 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College and certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
