Ela Sikora-Wasik holds a Master of Science in Global Management and Governance from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth Officer at Billennium since November 2024, Ela previously held the position of Lead Operations at buynomics, where responsibilities included cross-functional project management and performance reporting. With experience as Chief of Staff to both the CEO and CFO at Jimdo, Ela contributed to corporate strategy, investor relations, and new product launches. Prior roles include Assistant to the CEO at FREE NOW and positions in innovation and partnerships at Zalando SE, as well as business development at Marlep Tanklogistik GmbH. Early career experiences involved improving administrative efficiencies at the Ministry of Justice UK and internships in logistics and accounting at Aluprof UK Ltd.
