Mikko Ilkka has over 17 years of experience in sales, currently serving as a Volvo car salesman at Bilia Oy Ab since January 2006. Prior to this role, Mikko worked at Elisa from May 2004 to January 2006, where responsibilities included customer service and sales support. Mikko obtained a Diploma in Business and Administration with a focus on customer service and marketing from Helsinki Business College Oy, completing the program between 2004 and 2006.
