Max Stang is a Senior Project Manager for Digitalization & Innovation at Bilfinger, with a focus on global innovation management for inspection and turnaround, along with the coordination of robotic activities within the Bilfinger Group. Prior to this role, Max held positions as an Innovation Manager and in Innovation and Product Management at Bilfinger Digital Next GmbH, where diverse new digital products for the process industry were developed. Max’s experience includes project management in the Digitalization and Innovation Lab at Bilfinger SE, with a strong emphasis on digital product co-creation and technology scouting across Europe. Earlier professional involvement includes business development at Technische Werke Ludwigshafen AG, participating in M&A projects, and contributing to growth strategy development. Max holds a Master of Science in Energy Process Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering and Management from TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
