Max Ritzow is a Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) Engineer currently employed at BILDT since January 2025, focusing on optimizing product designs to enhance manufacturability and reduce costs. Prior experience includes roles as a DfMA Engineer, Integration Engineer, and Project Engineer at The Boldt Company from August 2020 to January 2025, and an Electrical Engineering Intern at Oshkosh Corporation, where innovative technologies for prototype vehicles were developed. Max also held a Project Manager position at a startup specializing in AI-driven team communication software and served as a Presenting Partner for National Geographic and The Extreme Ice Survey Project, educating various audiences on climate change impacts. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
