Tom Shewry serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Hiscox in the UK and holds the role of Director of Group Finance since January 2018. Additionally, Tom serves as a Non Executive Director at Bikmo since November 2022. Previously, Tom was Finance Director for General Insurance at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2014 to December 2017 and held various positions over a 15-year tenure at Zurich Insurance, culminating in the role of Director of Finance for Personal Lines and Operations. Tom began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, specializing in financial services, after obtaining the FCA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales from 1995 to 1999.
