Ashish Bithar has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of Department at Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. since October 2015, leading the Bikanervala Unit of Innovation Learning & Development. Previously, Ashish held the role of Training Manager at Carl's Jr. India for a brief period in 2015 and worked at McDonald's India for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included Training Consultant, Operation Consultant, and Restaurant Manager. Ashish holds a Master of Business Administration in Retail Management from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Shimla. Education commenced at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where foundational learning took place from 1990 to 2002.
