Ranjit Sinha is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society since March 2016, Ranjit is responsible for HR and administrative functions. Prior to this role, Ranjit worked at Jubilant Foodworks Limited from December 2008 to March 2016 as Assistant Manager-HR, overseeing HR functions across multiple states and managing recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance. Ranjit began their career as Senior HR Coordinator at CBOP Now HDFC Bank (HBL), where responsibilities included managing HR functions for 700 employees and handling contractual labor. Ranjit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from 2002 to 2005.
