Sandeep Kumar is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading teams and architecting infrastructure. Currently serving as the Software Development Team Lead and Infrastructure Architect at BigStep Technologies since October 2021, Sandeep manages a team of eight developers, conducts daily standup meetings, and provides hands-on code reviews and problem resolution. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions included bridging React Native to WebView for two-way communication and optimizing application performance.
