Eric Larocque is an experienced professional in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at BigSteelBox since February 2018. Previous roles at BigSteelBox include Sales Coach and Storage Consultant. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Senior Account Executive at Cheeky Monkey Media from November 2016 to January 2018, and as the Director of Sales at Bananatag from June 2015 to September 2016. Eric’s earlier experience includes multiple sales leadership roles at Western Union from June 2011 to June 2015. Eric holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, obtained in July 2005.
