Chetna Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Chetna started their career at LeasePlan India Private Limited in 2006, where they worked as the Manager Strategic Accounts and International Coordinator for eight years until 2014. Chetna then joined Randstad India and served as the Regional Lead North- Global Client Solution from 2014 to 2015, and later as the Regional Head - Recruitment Process Outsourcing from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working as the Sales Director at BigSpring since April 2017.

Chetna Sharma completed their education in a chronological order. Chetna first attended Mata Jai Kaur Public School from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce. After that, they attended Khalsa College, Delhi University from 2000 to 2002, and received a B.Com (Hons.) degree in Commerce. Additionally, they attended the Institute For Integrated Learning In Management from 2004 to 2006, and earned an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing & Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Chetna Sharma obtained "The Agile Learning Organization Program" certification from Josh Bersin Academy in September 2019. Furthermore, they received the "Mentza Echo Profile" certification from Mentza in March 2023.
