Faye Tremlett is a Senior UX Researcher at Biglight since November 2020, leading the UX Research programme for the adidas Membership scheme and executing user research with strategic outcomes. With a background in qualitative and quantitative research for various clients, Faye previously held roles at BT from 2000 to 2019, serving as Lead Researcher for the Workplace Improvement programme and working on Customer Experience Design for BT Mobile. Faye has a BA in Psychology and English Literature from Liverpool Hope University and has attained multiple certifications in user experience and accessibility. Additional education includes studies in communication training and counselling skills.
