Ella Naylor is an Experience Designer at Biglight, where impactful projects have been delivered for national clients, including M&S and The North Face, since November 2023. Previously, Ella completed a UX Design Diploma at BrainStation while transitioning from a Project Manager role at Realise Live Ltd, a UK-based production agency. As the Founder of fatto a mano london, an eco-friendly homeware brand established during COVID, Ella gained significant experience in brand development and marketing. Past roles include Project Manager for Magic Number, Production Manager at Firecracker Works, and Senior Account Manager at Xquisite Productions, showcasing a strong background in experiential marketing and brand activations. Ella's earlier experiences include a Campaign Manager position at Equals Agency, a Wine Consultant role at Majestic Wine, and working as an event steward at Live Nation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Meeting and Event Planning from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a UX Design Diploma from BrainStation.
