Sandi Novomestky, CBD, currently serves as the Director of Project Management at BigID since January 2024 and has been a Certified Birth Doula with Radiant Empowerment Doula Services since October 2018. Previously, Sandi held various leadership roles at Varonis from 2019 to 2023, including Director of Operations and Director of PMO & Operations, where responsibilities included establishing the post-sales Operations Organization and leading project management initiatives to enhance business efficiency. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager Team Lead at Fairfield Properties and IT Software Manager at Yardi, among others. Sandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Master's in Organizational Behavior from New York University.
