Jim Humphries is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at BigHand since November 2020, Jim has previously held prominent positions including Head of Software Development at Mason & Cook, Principal Developer at Glasswall Solutions Limited, and Software Development Manager at Proxima Group. At Glasswall, Jim contributed to cutting-edge cyber security solutions by developing technologies that ensure the integrity of files. Jim's tenure at Proxima Group involved implementing comprehensive ALM solutions and developing a spend analysis service, among other achievements. Jim's career began in IT support roles at Amlin UK and Lark (Group) Limited, complemented by an education at Havering College.
