Hilary has been with the company since 2014, dedicating her time to building an award-winning customer support team from scratch. She believes making connections with people through memorable customer service creates a positive experience for all. Hilary makes it an objective to prevent customer issues before they get to our support team, while also creating support quality policies that reflect BiggerPockets' core values and mission, to exceed the needs of our greatest resource - our customers.
Hilary graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Interpersonal Communication and Mass Media. She is a Certified Distributed Management Professional CiDM®,, Certified Customer Service Professional, CCSP® and a Certified Customer Experience Professional, CCXP® - with numerous Customer Service awards: 2020 Woman of the Year in Customer Service - Stevie Awards, 2019 & 2018 Female Entrepreneur of the Year for Women in Business - Stevie Awards, 2019 Customer Service Leader of the Year - Stevie Awards, and 2018 Service Person of the Year - National Customer Service Association.
When she isn't in the office, she is porch dwelling at her cabin in the mountains, running trails, biking, camping, rafting, eating cheeses, and playing with her two pups!
