Willy Palenteng is an experienced professional in the hospitality and coffee industry, currently serving as Store Manager at BIGGBY COFFEE since March 2023 and as Founder of Coffee CUKUP since December 2019. Previous roles include General Affair Supervisor at City Light Convention Center, Operations Manager at We Want More Coffee, and Head of Operations at CL Coffee. With a solid foundation in service management, Willy has also gained experience as a Barista at PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia and as a Tourism Consultant during an internship at Bandung Institute of Technology. Willy's educational background includes a degree in Sarjana Terapan Pariwisata with a focus on Tourism Destination Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung and early studies at Atlantica Tourism High School.
