Jonathan Wiese is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing scalable integration systems, primarily using Scala and EmberJS. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at BigCommerce since April 2015, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a robust integration platform to synchronize product catalogs across various platforms. Previous experience includes leading development at Zing Checkout, where Jonathan contributed to the creation of a concurrent integration system and a cloud-based POS system, as well as developing an iOS app at Bevi. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, awarded in 2012, and has accumulated a diverse range of internship experiences in IT support, automation, and database development.
