Melissa Adey has extensive experience in various roles related to product and professional services, currently serving as Product Lead at Tribal Group since February 2012, with previous positions including Solution Lead, Professional Services Manager, and Senior Professional Services Consultant. Prior to this, Melissa worked at the University of Hull from August 2008 to February 2012 as a Monitoring and Reporting Project Officer and Planning Assistant. Melissa's earlier experience includes a Trainee position at Amazee and IT Assistant through a part-time role at the University of Hull, as well as roles in operations analysis and emergency response at DH Homecare Ltd. and Direct Health Group, respectively. Melissa studied at the University of Hull, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from 2005 to 2008.
