Ela Pinar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and organizations. Ela began their career as an undergraduate research assistant at Yale New Haven Health, where they assisted with research projects focused on diabetes in young adult women. During this time, they gained experience in data entry and coordination with international researchers.

Following their role at Yale, Ela joined Me To We as a student coordinator at the George Washington University branch. In this position, they coordinated a fundraiser and designed the organization's website, contributing to their efforts in creating sustainable solutions for third world countries.

Ela then took on the role of founding president of the Rotaract Club of George Washington University, a Rotary-sponsored leadership and community club. Ela organized various events, including fundraising and community service initiatives.
