Brenda Hilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building services and officiating within the sports industry. Currently, as the Senior Director of Officiating and Building Services at the Big Ten Conference since July 2011, Brenda Hilton oversees all facets of building operations including janitorial, landscaping, and security. Additionally, Brenda Hilton is the Founder of Officially Human, established in January 2019, which aims to enhance the treatment and education of sports officials while focusing on recruitment and retention. Previous roles include Business Office Manager at The Summit League and various customer service positions at Deluxe Corporation and Colwell Systems. Brenda Hilton holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global.
