Shana Jeannot-Thomas completed their Master's Degree in Branding & Integrated Communication from The City College of New York from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business from St. John's University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
