Matt McWay is a Principal and Member at Big Rivers Marketing, LLC, where Matt has been working since July 2012. Prior to that, Matt had an extensive career at W. T. Leonard & Associates, starting as a Field Sales Representative and advancing to Sales Manager. Matt also has experience as a Design Engineer at McDonnell Aircraft Company and as a Sales Engineer at Drilling Services, Inc. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
