Sara Friend is a skilled web developer with experience at prominent organizations, including Big Orange Lab and the Berkeley Haas Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership. At Berkeley Haas, Sara developed interactive tools and designed a resource website using Webflow and custom HTML/CSS/Javascript. Prior to that role, Sara worked as a freelance web designer for Nspire Careers, LLC, and held leadership positions at Engineering World Health, where Sara led design teams for impactful health solutions. Sara's mechanical engineering internships and design work have focused on innovative solutions for social challenges and technological efficiencies. Sara obtained a Master’s degree in Design from the University of California, Berkeley and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
