Erica Valentine has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at Big M Transportation since October 2020, after holding the position of Inside Sales Representative. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Landstar VAK from June 2017 to October 2020 as a Load Planner and Account Manager. Erica holds an Associate's degree in Logistics Management from Arkansas Tech University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
