Lawrence Bogdan has extensive experience in inventory management and merchandising, currently serving as the Manager of Allocation & Replenishment at Big Lots Stores since February 2009, where responsibilities include leading inventory strategy for the Food Division supporting $800 million in sales. Previously, Lawrence held the position of Director of Replenishment at Macy's from 2005 to 2009, overseeing inventory strategies for over 600 vendors, and as a Senior Merchandise Planner for Victoria's Secret from 2003 to 2005, where sales forecasts for catalog and internet channels reached $75 million annually. Earlier experience includes roles at Macy's in merchandise planning and allocation, as well as positions at WHSmith, Uptons Department Stores, and Kmart, focusing on assortment planning and training new associates in inventory management. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University.
